Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Zora+, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

You may return your order within 2 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, untorn packaging
  • The product must be completely unused

Please note that used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons.


Exchange

If you receive a damage product or if there is issue in product reach out to us within 48 hours of your order placement — you are eligible for a free exchange.

To claim an exchange, please ensure you have the original packaging available, as it is required to process your request.


How to Claim a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1 — Contact Us Reach out to our support team via email or WhatsApp:

Step 2 — Share a Video Record a short video showcasing the product along with its original packaging and share it with our support team.

Step 3 — We Review Your Case Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and inform you whether you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Step 4 — Free Reverse Pickup If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you for exchange but for return it will cost you 500PKR. Our courier partner will collect the item directly from your address.


After We Receive Your Item

  • Exchange: Your replacement device will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse.
  • Return Refund: Your refund will be transferred to you within 7 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
