We understand that circumstances can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully so you know your options.


Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return once you receive the product. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Zora+ reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable
  • There is a delay in response from the customer or we are unable to complete the order due to customer-related issues such as COD order confirmation, payment issues, or incorrect shipping address
  • The item fails to meet our quality standards prior to dispatch, and we cancel the order to ensure you receive only the best

In the event of a seller-initiated cancellation on a paid order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
